A WOMEN-ONLY shibari AND PHOTOGRAPHY SALON
For one evening, the studio becomes a private room for four women, each taking her turn in the ropes while the others watch from nearby. The format is simple: one woman is tied and photographed at a time, everyone else remains seated and enjoys the performance, and when her scene is finished, the next woman takes her place.
Eyes Wide Shut is designed for women who are curious about rope, about being watched, or simply about what happens when the usual privacy of a photographic session is replaced by a small audience who are there for exactly the same reason.
No previous rope experience is required, and you do not need to arrive with a partner or any idea of how you are supposed to behave in front of the camera. Your scene is built around your comfort level, your interest, your clothing, and the kind of tension you want to explore that evening.
THE EVENING
The event lasts two hours and is limited to four guests.
Each woman receives her own rope scene and is photographed only while she is tied. The other guests are there to watch, enjoy the atmosphere, have a drink, and wait for their turn.
The audience is never photographed unless separately arranged, and nobody appears in another guest’s images. Phones remain away during the event so that everybody can relax into the room without wondering where somebody else’s camera is pointing.
The small guest list is deliberate. It keeps the evening intimate enough that each woman has time for a proper scene rather than a rushed demonstration.
YOUR ROPE SCENE
Before your turn begins, we talk briefly about what interests you and where your limits are. Your scene may be restrained and elegant, more restrictive, more exposed, or more physically demanding depending on your experience and what you want from the evening.
The photography happens during the rope itself, so the images come from the actual experience rather than from reproducing it afterward. You do not need to know how to pose. I will direct you when direction is useful and leave the rest to the rope, your body, and what is happening in the room.
Your turn lasts approximately twenty minutes, after which you return to the audience and somebody else steps forward.
DRESS code
Dress as though you were invited somewhere a little more private than a Halloween party.
Lingerie, silk, leather, corsetry, sheer fabrics, stockings, gloves, jewellery, evening dresses and masks all work well. Nudity is entirely optional, and you are free to reveal as much or as little as you want during your scene.
Halloween costumes are welcome when they suit the atmosphere of the evening. The room should feel deliberate, sensual and slightly illicit, so the more considered your clothing is, the better it will photograph.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Your place includes admission to the two-hour event, one individual rope scene, professional photography during your scene, a curated selection of finished photographs, refreshments, and access to selected studio wardrobe pieces and accessories.
There are only four places available.
PRIVACY
Privacy is part of the structure of the event.
Only the woman currently in the ropes is photographed. Guests are not photographed while watching, and nobody appears in another person’s gallery.
Your photographs remain private unless you separately choose to give permission for portfolio use.
You may also change your mind about any part of your scene at any point. Rope, photography and image use are treated as separate permissions.
